So what is it called when vandalism gets vandalized?

agreed. I hate tagging, the birds make it almost lovely.

This is on Lakeview Avenue, near Dundas and Ossington. It's on the wall of Primp - a hair salon, which is owned and run by Randy Davis. I think that he added the birds.
