Toronto has murderers, crooks, and petty thieves aplenty, but bandits? Not so much. Kevin John Pinto surrendered to the Toronto Police last week in connection with the Exchange Bandit robberies, which means we'll soon learn more about these feats of banditry. Namely how someone hits twenty-six banks without getting caught.
