Fog In Toronto

2006_11_23FogInToronto.jpg

No, not the Fujiko Nakaya installation of Nuit Blanche fame. A camera-toting CN Tower employee (can you imagine?) snapped some gorgeous shots of our downtown blanketed in a heavy, San Francisco-like cloud cover last week.

I can see my office from there!

I see they finally legalized marijuana in Canada!

(Nice story category, BTW)

These are remarkably stunning. I'm floored.

Dang, that's an amazing photo.

sigh
It's times like these that I wish I was working for the CN Tower.

that day was crazy,

we were driving across the gardiner around 10 and when we passed the rogers centre we could not even see an inch of the tower.

it was really surreal driving across the city with no city to be seen.

So. Fucking. Cool.

How do I get a job at the CN Tower?

Shee-it, that's a purty photo.
I'll even put it on my desktop for a few days.

I also like that the author filed it under "porn" on this site, ensuring that the CN Tower-as-big-hard-dick metaphor continues on in perpituity.

I salute you on all counts, sir!

*such* cloud + building porn, kevin!!
"you can't even see the cn towercat!"
