The only way to break up the Nathan Phillips Square outdoor skating hegemony is to find alternatives in the downtown core. Obviously NPS will always be number one in our hearts, but don’t forget you have your Lake Devo at Gould and Victoria and your Barabara Ann Scott rink in the bowels of College Park (pictured above).
