In the lead-up to the Walk of Fame ceremony in October, there are several events, both ticketed and free, associated with the Canadian-arts-boosting organization, Canada’s Walk of Fame. For three days from noon to 11 p.m. in David Pecaut Square, TV personality Lauren Toyota hosts The Walk of Fame Festival, showcasing music acts, comedians, poets and more. The final day headliners include Emm Gryner and Kardinal Offishall, but if you’re in the area, certainly swing by on any of the three days.
