The latest project by performance art collective Mammalian Diving Reflex, which is internationally renowned but intensely community-focused, is called Promises to a Divided City. It features a cast of 30 examining “data-driven” differences between neighbourhoods across the GTA, for 20 audience members at a time. There are five showtimes on the evening of Friday, May 30, and six in the afternoon and evening of Saturday, May 31; slots are filling up quickly for this, the first project by MDR at the new Theatre Centre location.
