The Drake by the Lake inn and restaurant will be opening in Prince Edward County later this summer. If you’re not sure you’ll be able to make the trip out there, never fear: the staff at the Drake One Fifty (itself just recently opened) are bringing the inn’s planned menu and its head chef, Matt Demille, to you. There’ll be an á la carte pop-up dinner at the downtown location this evening. Reservations are recommended (but not required).
