Think of it as a daytime precursor to the upcoming Nuit Blanche. A dozen different arts institutions along the Bloor Street Culture Corridor (which stretches from Avenue Road to Bathurst Street), including the Royal Ontario Museum, the Bloor Hot Docs Cinema, and the Royal Conservatory of Music, are taking part in Culture Days, a free-for-all weekend of open-doors entertainment and education. Events include tours of the Japan Foundation, clay working at the Gardiner Museum, and music performances by groups like Tafelmusic Quartet and the ARC Ensemble. For a full schedule of events, visit the Culture Days website.
