Coach House Books kicks off its fall 2013 slate of publications with a Double Book Launch. In Love with Art: Françoise Mouly’s Adventures in Comics with Art Spiegelman, a new book by Jeet Heer, looks at the impact Françoise Mouly has had on graphic novels over the past 30 years as the art director for The New Yorker, the co-editor of Raw, and through her collborations with her Eisner-winning husband Speigelman. Heer, who will be interviewing Mouly on stage, will also talk with the Globe and Mail‘s Sean Rogers about Coach House’s reissue of The Cage, a 1970s Canadian graphic novel by Martin Vaughn-James that’s viewed as a cult classic.
