What a coincidence. This month’s CineMacabre screening lands on the first day of the Festival of Fear, a part of Fan Expo. Okay, it’s no coincidence at all—both are presented by the horror aficionados at Rue Morgue. This time around, they’re going old school with a 35mm projection of the 1989 cult film The ‘Burbs. Even cooler, director Joe Dante will be in attendance as a special festival-kickoff treat. Like always, great prizes will be provided by various morbid sponsors.
