Print Your Own Drake, Buy a House For $1, and a Mansion Fit for a (6ix) God
Every weekday’s end, we collect just about everything you ought to care about or ought not to miss.
- Ever wanted to see what Drake looks like sitting somewhere that’s not the CN Tower? You’re in luck. Toronto software developer Andrew Gardner has made a 3D-printed a tiny Drake that looks just like the the full size version on the cover of Views. You can follow mini Drizzy on Instagram, or get your own so you can go on adventures with your own tiny 6ix God.
- Prices of real estate in Toronto have been rising like they’re trying to make it to the moon. It’s gotten to the point that gouging would-be homeowners the old-fashioned way has lost some of its lustre. That’s why one creative, though perhaps slightly evil, real-estate agent put a three-bedroom home up for $1 in hopes of starting a bidding war. Devious? Maybe. Creative? Definitely. Will it work? Probably.
- Drake (the full-sized one) is going to build a luxurious mansion in Toronto’s Bridle Path area. A company belonging to Future the Prince, Drake’s long time DJ, bought two acres of property and plans to tear down the house that exists there now to build the mega-mansion. To build the house, Drake will have to apply for an exemptions, because the house is literally too big for bylaws.
