If your idea of a good night out means a trip to the Brunswick House, you might want to make the most of the next few weeks.

The Brunswick and Bloor venue, founded in 1876 and currently infamous as the site of many a sloppy student bender, has had its lease terminated. Starting Dec. 31, the bar will be operating on a month-to-month basis.

The announcement, seen in a post on the Harbord Village Residents’ Association website, also includes word of a potential new occupant—Boston Pizza. The post invites neighbourhood residents to a public meeting on Monday to discuss the possibility of the chain moving into the space, and opening up a patio to do so. Ahead of the meeting, Torontonians are taking to Reddit and Twitter to voice their opinions on the matter, and share memories (at least, the ones they can recall).
