The perfect graffiti mantra.

FIELD NOTES: In general, it’s nice to think that every good thing impacts the world and, in its way, lasts forever. “No good thing ever dies” is a particularly good mantra when it comes to graffiti. For a medium that is almost certainly temporary you have to have that mindset. Every element a graffiti artist brings to the street has the capacity to inspire, influence and elate all who see it. As short-lived as any piece might be, its effects persevere.

Once a week, Vandalist features some of the most interesting street art and graffiti from around Toronto. Find something great? Email [email protected].
