WHERE: Art Gallery of Ontario

WHEN: Wednesday June 17, 6:15 p.m.-7:00 p.m.

WHAT: Dozens of participants stretched their diaphragm in a session of laughter yoga at the Art Gallery of Ontario. Led by a certified laughter coach—there is such a thing—things got a little goofy, as yoga participants looked like they were part of a musical, or as though they were trying to do their best Jurassic World “Rawr.” There is no word on whether laughter is the best medicine, but fun appears to be had nonetheless.
