A 23-year-old woman is in police custody following a hit-and-run that resulted in the death of a cyclist early this morning. The victim, a man who remains unidentified, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. The incident occurred Finch Avenue West and Tobermory Road.

Singh, a law student at Osgoode Hall, reports having been carded on multiple occasions, a practice that his Notice of Application, filed to TPSB chair Alok Mukherjee, describes as dehumanizing. Mayor John Tory called for an end to the practice at a press conference last Sunday.

Welcome to thunderstorm season, Toronto, and try keeping those phones of yours dry.
