- If you’ve ever wanted to get sloshed with K-OS, now you can! Er, sorta. K-OS joins the list of celebrities who have created their own beer, following in the likes of Jon Montgomery and Sam Roberts Band. Amongst Iron Maiden’s Trooper Ale and Tom Green’s Tom Green Beer, you’ll find Golden Vox at the LCBO when it hits shelves later this year.
- Unsound Toronto will hold Toronto’s very first “sound and scent” concert. Ephemera, which will take place at Hearn Generating Station on the Portlands June 19, will incorporate fog machines and scent diffusers that will perform a “multisensory assault” on concertgoers. We at least hope the scents are pleasant.

Toronto Police Services Board Chair Alok Mukherjee will be stepping down after serving 10 years on the board, he announced Thursday. Current board member, and close friend of John Tory’s, Andy Pringle, is expected to take his place.
