- If you missed last night’s auroras, never fear: all you have to do is look up. The northern and southern lights will make a repeat performance tonight around 7 p.m. due to a solar flare earlier in the week, resulting in one cool-as-heck kaleidoscopic treat.
- If you’ve ever made a spelling error, forgotten to attach a document, or accidentally hit “Reply All” (yes, you), Google has got your back. Gmail users now have the option to cancel the delivery of an email within 30 seconds of hitting “send.” Google said in a blog post Monday, “Today we’re adding ‘Undo Send’ as a formal setting in Gmail on the web,” saving every person who has ever drunkenly emailed their former flame the embarrassment of doing it again.
- Mobilicity has just accepted a $440-million takeover offer from Rogers Communications Inc. The purchase is expected to boost speed and quality for customers in B.C., Alberta, and southern Ontario, and will affect Wind when Rogers transfers cellular spectrum to the growing carrier. Do we sense a rise in cost of phone bills for all?
