WHERE: Sumach and Shuter

WHEN: Saturday, January 31, 3:30 p.m.

WHAT: As the Regent Park revitalization enters its third phase, buildings continue to be torn down. The brightly painted rooms give a peek into private homes filled with memories—places that some residents were reluctant to give up. Phase three of the project is estimated to be complete by 2019, and will feature 614 rent-geared-to-income units, 50 new affordable rental units, and six new market condo buildings.
