Ghomeshi Facing Three New Charges of Sexual Assault
Former Q host appeared in court today to set trial date.

Jian Ghomeshi was back in court today to set a date for his upcoming trial on sex-assault charges. He originally faced four counts of sexual assault and one count of overcoming resistance by choking, but three new women have come forward, and three additional sex-assault charges have now been laid.
Details related to these additional charges and complainants are subject to a publication ban.
Ghomeshi, currently out on $100,000 bail, will be appearing in court next on February 4.
