FIELD NOTES: | Artist Nando Zevê is indeed a fish out of water. Having moved to Toronto from sunny Brazil, he must be feeling particularly out of place at this time of year. But that’s not the inspiration for his #peixeforadagua (Portuguese for “fish out of water”) street-art project. Nando Zevê simply loves fish and other sea creatures, and wants to paint them everywhere. He’s certainly off to a good start in Toronto. |
Once a week, Vandalist features some of the most interesting street art and graffiti from around Toronto. Find something great? Email [email protected].
