- It seems Deputy Mayor Norm Kelly was quite dapper in the 1980s—and that he managed to anticipate Drake’s court-side fashion statements by a good 30 years. We look forward to the prospect of Drake channelling Kelly’s signature styles from the ’60s and ’70s.
- “Construction at Union Station unleashes vermin across the city.” That’s right: improving transit has released the rats. Work at Union Station “has meant that several underground structures had to be demolished forcing out ‘a large rat colony’ that is now migrating to other parts of the city.” No doubt they are now laying the groundwork for a SmartRat system that will help fight rat gridlock and make more areas of the city accessible to rats.
