WHERE: St. Patrick’s Day Parade

WHEN: Sunday, March 16

WHAT: An appearance by Rob Ford at the annual St. Patrick’s Day parade. The giant-green-bowtie-wearing mayor was greeted by cheers and jeers, and many questions about his recent behaviour—in particular about a video that shows the mayor stumbling, slurring his words, and swearing outside City Hall on Saturday night. When reporters repeatedly asked him about the video, he responded with “Give me a break, guys,” and “I’m here, right?” and finally, “Are you serious? Were you drinking last night? You never drink, right? You guys don’t drink.”
