Heroes and Villains of 2013: Hall of Villains
The very worst people, places, things, and ideas that had an influence on the city in 2013.
Every December, Torontoist recaps the year that’s ending by naming our Heroes and Villains: the very best and very worst people, places, things, and ideas that have had an influence on the city. Here are our nominees for Villains of the year, each of which in some way diminished or undermined Toronto. Click through to read each one, and once you’ve decided how they stack up, cast your ballot for the most nefarious. Voting is open until 2 p.m. on January 1. At 4 p.m. we will reveal your choices for Toronto’s Superhero and Supervillain of the year.
