Heroes and Villains of 2013: Hall of Heroes
The very best people, places, things, and ideas that had an influence on the city in 2013.
Every December, Torontoist recaps the year that’s ending by naming our Heroes and Villains: the very best and very worst people, places, things, and ideas that have had an influence on the city. Here are our nominees for Heroes of the year: city builders and city champions, advocates for justice and breakout stars. Click through to read each one, and once you’ve decided how they stack up, then cast your ballot for the winner. Voting is open until 2 p.m. on January 1. At 4 p.m. we will reveal your choices for Toronto’s Superhero and Supervillain of the year.
