Breathing life into the dead.

FIELD NOTES: | There are so many ways to interpret this graffiti. It’s on what appears to be construction hoarding, so it’s probably a piece about the structural transformations that happen behind such walls. One building gets demolished and another one goes up in its stead. But, in the wake of Halloween, we prefer to see this graffiti as being about zombies. Or, even better, in the wake of the latest Rob Ford fiasco, it could represent our mayor’s consistently resurrected political career. |
Once a week, Vandalist features some of the most interesting street art and graffiti from around Toronto. Find something great? Email [email protected].
