- Toronto has a lot of weird and interesting houses, and Kevin Morris has set out to document them, one by one. He calls his portrait project “House of the Day.” One of his images, of a house at 22 Grange Avenue, is above.

- Do you find all the competing proposals for downtown casinos confusing? The Grid has a handy visual reference to help you keep all your gaming conglomerates (and their lobbyists) straight.
- The Toronto Public Space Initiative just launched a new website, TABS On Toronto, that’s supposed to allow people to set up email alerts based on keyword searches of City documents. In theory, this could be a good way to keep tabs on political issues of relevance to you or your neighbourhood. Is TPSI trying to crowdsource financing for more development? Of course it is.
