At the risk of making mere crane shots seem bush league, here are images of Toronto as taken from space by Colonel Chris Hadfield, the Ontario-born astronaut who is currently a couple months into an extended stay on the International Space Station.
Throughout his time in orbit, Hadfield has been doing what anyone would do if they were stranded in a very small space for a long while: spending time on the internet. His Facebook page and his Twitter are filled with very clear photos of different parts of the world.
