—Budget Chief Mike Del Grande (Ward 39, Scarborough-Agincourt) speaking, earlier today, about this afternoon’s expected release of the provincial budget, to a scrum that included the Post‘s Natalie Alcoba. With Ontario facing mounting debt, Del Grande, who advocated for cuts to Toronto’s spending during the municipal budgeting process, could well be right.
