| FIELD NOTES: | Even at its best, February isn’t the most cheerful of months. It’s all too easy to let the winter blues get us down, but this creative redecoration of illegal ad space is just what we need to perk us up! Maybe it’s the artist’s self-proclamation of his or her own peace of mind, maybe it’s an uplifting message to passers-by, maybe it’s both. Regardless, this reminder that no matter how bleak things seem there is always beauty to be found is much appreciated. |
Once a week, Vandalist features some of the most interesting street art and graffiti from around Toronto. Find something great? Email [email protected].
