  • For a brief period of time today, the above was Denzil Minnan-Wong‘s Wikipedia page, and City Hall followers across the land laughed/threw things at their screens. [via @nowtoronto]
  • In other fun tricks: turning old payphones into miniature libraries.
  • Butter! It is creamy and smooth and rich and makes everything better. Or does it? Today in the Globe, a great piece on Canadian butter, and how it isn’t as buttery as butter should be. (Advisory: seek out a bakery immediately after reading.)
  • Also sure to make you hungry is today’s announcement that Toronto is getting a food truck street party. A joint venture by the Food Truck Eats series and the Toronto Underground Market, the party is scheduled for the Brick Works on May 5.
  • That very same evening, Jerry Seinfeld will be performing in Toronto, for one night only. Tickets go on sale this upcoming Monday, Feburary 27 and will be not even remotely cheap ($65.50, $85.50, and $99.50).
