—A very tired-sounding Mike Del Grande (Ward 39, Scarborough-Agincourt), Toronto’s beleaguered budget chief, in an interview with the National Post. Del Grande has been doing a round of end-of-year interviews in which his exhaustion in the face of a daunting workload and fractious debates about the City’s budget is clearly showing—he’s told several outlets he might step down as budget chief once the 2012 budget is passed.
