University Subway Line Will Open Late This Sunday

The TCC is installing equipment to get their new Automatic Train Control signal system up and running, and as a result they’re keeping the University subway line—the section between Union and St. George—closed until 2 p.m. this Sunday, November 13. The Yonge line will be running, however, allowing customers to travel downtown and then take a streetcar east or west from College, Dundas, Queen, or King stations or a bus from Wellesley Station. There will be accessible shuttle bus service between Union and St. George stations, stopping at each station in between.
