In today's Halloween UP: strap on a red bustier and head down to City Hall; go board gaming to Snakes & Lattes' Halloween party; catch the closing Rocky Horror Show; or be spooked by Ghost Songs at The Common.

RALLY: Halloween day festivities will start a little earlier this year, as more than 200 people have pledged on Facebook to show up at City Hall dressed as “princess warriors.” They’re donning their red bustiers to protest Rob Ford’s conduct in his encounter with This Hour Has 22 Minutes‘ Marg Delahunty (played by Mary Walsh). Odds aren’t great that the mayor’s office will have candy to hand out to these particular trick or treaters, but who knows: perhaps some other councillors will come out on their lunch breaks with Tootsie Rolls and caramels for them. Toronto City Hall (100 Queen Street West), noon, FREE.
PARTY: Gaming and java hotspot Snakes & Lattes is hosting a Halloween Party tonight, with “zombie games, door prizes, costume competitions, Tricks and/or Treats.” If you partied a little too hard this weekend, and your Sexy Rob Ford 911 tape costume is ripped to tatters, just zombify it up, and head out for an evening of slightly less bacchanalian entertainment. Snakes & Lattes (600 Bloor Street West), 7 p.m., $10.
MUSICAL: Tonight’s the closing night of The Lower Ossington Theatre‘s production of The Rocky Horror Show. It’ll be your last chance to yell out “Slut!” and “Asshole!” at Janet (Amanda Milligan) and Brad (Cory Strong), scream “Boring!” at the (actually not) Criminologist (Rebecca Perry), and make fun of Magenta’s (Jennifer Wall) Lady GaGa outfit (that was a new one to us.) The Lower Ossington Theatre (100A Ossington Avenue), 8 p.m., $28.50—$38.50.
MUSIC: Lisa Bozikovic hosts a special spooky folk night tonight, entitled Ghost Songs at The Common. Chilling chants and murder ballads will be performed by such musical guests as members of The Weather Station, Ohbijou, and Donlands and Mortimer. The Common (1071 College Street), 8 p.m., PWYC.
