WHEN: 9:54 p.m. Thursday
WHAT: A small group of Libyans gathered to celebrate their country’s full, final freedom from Moammar Gadhafi yesterday, a few hours after news of his death emerged from Sirte. The group was surprisingly small—we counted about 15 when we were there—but their joy was certainly evident.
