Scene: Toronto 2011 Boardmeeting
WHERE: King Street west of University Avenue
WHEN: Saturday, approximately 6 p.m.
WHAT: Every year longboarders get together for a Critical Mass-style ride down city streets, to raise awareness of longboarding. Boardmeeting began at Yonge and St. Clair and made its way downtown, attracting many startled looks along the way. The ride was traditional in one small way: just as with most board meetings, participants wore collared shirts or work attire.
