- Good news for aspiring Toronto playwrights looking for feedback on their work. The Toronto Public Library’s writer in residence, David S. Young, is reading and giving feedback on play manuscripts submitted between July 1 and September 3. The award-winning playwright will meet with some aspiring writers and a selected group of applicants will be eligible to attend a seven-week workshop series.
