Scene: Bollywood Dance Party
WHERE: Yonge-Dundas Square
WHEN: Approximately 2 p.m. today
WHAT: The flashmobs, they are multiplying. After several Bollywood dance numbers in and around Toronto this week, this one took over Yonge-Dundas Square for a few minutes today. It’s all in the name of building momentum for the International Indian Film Academy Awards, which will be held in Toronto later this month. It will be the ceremony’s first foray into North America, making Toronto both Hollywood and Bollywood North.
