SPOTTED BY: Andrew Hladkyj
WHERE: A home in west end Toronto
WHEN: The evening of Monday April 25
WHAT: Leah Hladkyj is eight years old. “Leah has come to admire some graffiti art in the west end neighbourhoods of Parkdale and Junction Triangle,” her father told us by email. “She overheard her mother discussing the Mayor’s tough stance on graffiti and she was concerned about the threat to graffiti art.” And—she actually did something about it. This letter is now on its way to Ford’s office, where we can only hope it will be met with the respect Ford famously values.
