Scene: Stolen Snowplow

WHERE: Keele Street just south of Annette Street.
WHEN: Between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. on January 12.
WHAT: Early this morning a man stole a snowplow from work crews who were clearing streets in Regent Park. The driver struck and killed Sergeant Ryan Russell at the intersection of Avenue Road and Davenport about an hour later, and was apprehended by police about an hour after that, at 7:15 a.m., near Keele and Annette.
