The Toronto Community Foundation announced the eleven recipients of its 2010/2011 Vital People grants today. Funded by donations through the Vital Toronto Fund, the program supports and recognizes valued leaders who are making outstanding contributions working at not-for-profit organizations.” This year’s recipients working with local organizations include Che Kothari of Manifesto (pictured above) and Gavin Sheppard of The Remix Project.
