WHAT: His Holiness the Dalai Lama—not quite busy enough guest-editing the Star—finds time during his Toronto trip to give a public talk at the Rogers Centre, and to open Etobicoke’s new Tibetan Canadian Cultural Centre, where he was presented with a key to the city.
