Scene: A Party for A Pedestrian-Friendly Gould Street

WHERE: Gould Street, on Ryerson University’s campus.
WHEN: 12:45 p.m.
WHAT: For at least one year, Gould Street between O’Keefe Lane and Bond Street, as well as a portion of Victoria Street stretching south from Gould, are shut to car traffic. (On U of T campus, Willcocks Street has been similarly pedestrianized.) Today, Ryerson celebrated with a carnival.
