- Finch West Station isn’t built yet, but its newly revealed design sure looks like it was hatched in the 1980s. (This zinger works, too.) There’s more about the new station, one stop on the forthcoming Spadina subway extension, in a TTC report [PDF].
- Nostalgia? Disdain? Your emotional mileage may vary for “You’re My Home,” a cheesy but earnest music video commissioned for TVO’s fortieth anniversary.
- Google Instant has arrived in Canada. And all it took for us to get to “Toronto” was “to,” which means, thankfully, the name of our city is less objectionable than the phrase “tainted love.”
