Every weekday’s end, Extra, Extra collects just about everything you ought to care about or ought not miss.

- Those new Rocco Rossi ads aren’t parodies, or a joke. They are very real, and very awful. Torontoist’s Jamie Bradburn has already spotted them in the wild—in Little Italy, no less. A Rocco Rossi mayoralty? Fuhgeddaboudit!
- While the Globe and Mail is set to unveil its new design in a week’s time, Eye Weekly is getting a “complete redesign” in time for spring, new editorial director Laas Turnbull told Marketing Magazine. - A ways back, we suggested that people promising on Twitter to leave Toronto if Rob Ford won the mayor’s race—which, uh-oh—use the hashtag #FordEscape. Today, that hashtag was a trending topic. (We suggested, also today, that Ford supporters use the hashtag #FordFiesta.) Global’s Jackson Proskow thinks we’re “hysterical,” and he probably hasn’t even seen these yet. This has been your Monday Twitter update.
- And if you were ever wondering what a $3.95-million penthouse overlooking Lake Ontario looks like, here’s Toronto Life.
