| FIELD NOTES: | Here we come across a nicely cut stencil of the notorious Igor Kenk—now a free man, but portrayed here as a shackled convict. We can only guess, but perhaps the stencil’s meant as a reminder to all bike thieves, past and present, that Toronto’s bike riders may not be quick to forgive or forget. |
