Now You Can Get Replies to Your Comments Emailed Directly To You
A little change, but one which we hope makes the commenting experience on Torontoist better, lest there be any more major political bombs dropped: now when you reply to any post, you can check a little checkbox to get any further replies to that post emailed directly to you. This change, implemented by Gothamist’s fine tech folk, will make it a whole lot easier to stay on top of who is countering your point with an intelligent and nuanced counterpoint, making a joke about the article’s subject, or labelling you a socialist.
We’ve tested it a bit and it seems to be working okay, but maybe you’ll want to reply to this comment thread, with the option to receive replies turned on, and tell us how it works?
