Craving some pupusas, churros, or alfajores? You could hardly do better than the Plaza Latina, a strange and amazing food court buried inside a strip mall just north of the city. There, Carlos, the cheerful and bejewelled bus boy (bus man?), whisks away your plates and makes ceviche small talk.
