Toronto: Almost As Good As Barrie!

According to data compiled by the Ottawa-based Canadian Council on Learning (CCL), and published in Maclean’s, Toronto is Canada’s 18th smartest, 23rd most cultured, and 21st most caring city. If you doubt the methodology, consider that Ottawa, Kitchener, Barrie, Guelph, London, Kingston, Oshawa, and Peterborough placed higher than Toronto on all three lists. Oh boy. [via CanCult.]
