Dalton McGuinty wants Fiat to build its new North American factory here in Ontario. McGuinty emphasized Ontario’s history of auto manufacturing, and also the province’s sheer desperation to replace thousands of lost jobs from the American Big Three automakers gradually collapsing. Barack Obama all but clinched the Democratic nomination last night when he won the state of Oregon to garner a majority of the party’s pledged delegates. Hillary Clinton, for her part, won Kentucky, a state that will almost certainly go Republican in the general election, and then claimed that she led in the popular vote, which is true if you count the illegitimate Michigan and Florida primaries and ignore the states of Iowa, Maine, Nevada and Washington. So it is “Clinton true,” much like blowjobs not being sex.
