Portrait Project: It Onley Takes a Moment

If only our politicians could always work at this speed! Yesterday, Bill 66, the Toronto Public Transit Service Resumption Act, was passed in 31 minutes. Then the law was sprinted down to Lieutenant Governor David Onley for his royal assent. Though Onley was dropping the ball at a Toronto Rock game at Air Canada Centre, he squeezed away for a few minutes to do the formal deed.
